Nutrition Counseling

15 Minute Consultation

Think of this as your “right fit” call.  This session serves as an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the services Carter Hall Lifestyle provides.  Use this time to gain answers on how we will work together to meet your nutrition and lifestyle goals.

Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment + Action Planning: $150

One 60-minute session

In this assessment, we will discuss your diet and exercise habits and set personalized nutrition and lifestyle goals.  This is an ideal session for those who are looking to address specific dietary preferences or medical conditions, but who aren’t necessarily ready to embark on a multi session package.

Session includes:

  • Full assessment of medical history + current eating behaviors
  • Goal setting + comprehensive action planning

 

Follow Up Session: $100

One 45-minute session

Follow-up sessions allow us to track your progress, helping you to build long-term healthy lifestyle habits. During a session we will focus on addressing challenges and developing strategies to keep you on track with your action plan. Must schedule a single session consultation before a follow-up can be booked.

Session includes:

  • Evaluation of your progress in your action plan
  • Adjustment of goals based on progress in action plan
  • Development of new goals to further reinforce sustainable behavior change
  • A package of FOUR follow up sessions: $360 ($40 savings)

Wellness Coaching Packages

Nourish + Balance Package (30 days): $600

Looking to build a solid foundation of healthy eating habits? Then this package is for you! We’ll work together to develop a comprehensive action plan based evidenced based nutritional principles to help jumpstart positive, long-term behavior changes. Guidance in meal planning and grocery shopping is included.

Package Includes:

  • One 90-minute initial consultation
  • Full assessment of medical history + current eating behaviors
  • Goal setting + comprehensive action planning
  • Three 45-minute follow-up sessions (one session per week)
  • Meal planning guidance + one week personalized meal plan
  • One 10-minute at-home banded Sweat + Sculpt workout
  • Unlimited text and email support between sessions

Reset + Restore Package (three months): $1500 (installment plan available)

Concierge Nutrition – In Home Visits

Concierge nutrition at your doorstep! Allow me to come to you and work with you in the comfort of your own home.

Session options:

  • One-hour comprehensive nutrition counseling session: $200
  • Refrigerator + Pantry Makeovers: $50/hour
  • Personalized cooking lessons (individual or group): $150/hour
  • Concierge Nutrition Package: $450/ 3 hours (one hour nutrition counseling, one hour kitchen makeover, 2 hour cooking lesson)
  • Grocery Store Tour add-on: $50/hour

Sweat + Sculpt Personal Training

Personal training provides faster results as programming is geared toward your current fitness level.  Programming can vary as it depends on if your goals are weight loss based, sports driven, or for athletic purposes.   Personal trainers possess the education need to execute exercises correctly, adhering to proper form and posture, minimizing risk of injury.

A personal program will be developed specifically based on your desired goals and timeframe. Nutritional counseling can be included to supplement your personal training programming.  Programming will begin with an in depth physical assessment to understand your current fitness level.

One on one training will allow you to work closely with me to efficiently and effectively achieve your desired goals. To ensure that you are consistently making progress, activity will be monitored and measurements will be taken weekly.  Not only will you hold yourself accountable, but as your coach, I will be there to provide motivation and support.
